Metalite Supports MOSKIT and SALKIT Systems Deployed in the Middle East
Metalite continues to provide further support for MOSKIT and SALKIT systems in service in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
As part of its after sales service Metalite provides support by way of sales of spares items or repair services for existing items. Metalite can supply consumable spares items in short lead times and can deliver to deployed operational units.
Since supply of the original MOSKIT and SALKIT systems to the USAF in Afghanistan, Metalite has supplied further units of ORELs, TAC PAPIs, Master Switching Units (MSUs), lenses, lamps and batteries as well as the new ATC deployable MSU charger. Metalite equipment is now in use at 3 USAF bases in South West Asia.
Further sales to Iraq have been made which will supplement deployed equipment currently in service with the Multinational Coalition Forces.
